Schedule: Osaic has returned to a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office. Non-remote employees must be willing to work this schedule. Given the regional and travel requirements, remote applicants residing in Southern CA, WA, OR, NYC and Upstate NY, Texas, Western PA, IN, MN, MO, KY, Northern CA, Cleveland OH are considered.

Role Type: Full time

Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000 expected 1st year earnings in a draw plus uncapped commission-based payment structure with excellent earning potential. We seek a Sales Vice President specializing in Life Insurance. You will manage clients and workloads with dynamic strategies, building distribution through the sale of Life Insurance. Our goal is your growth and leadership development.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement sales concepts in compliance with industry standards.
  • Drive target premium sales via third-party producers.
  • Provide support at and after the point of sale, nurturing relationships.
  • Build relationships with independent retail producers, institutional offices, and insurance specialists.
  • Engage in ongoing training and peer support programs.
  • Assist in case design and sales presentations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and new business teams on product and carrier choices.
  • Use CRM tools for reporting and documentation.
  • Develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; significant experience may substitute. Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.

Basic Requirements:

  • Over 3 years in life insurance sales and/or wholesaling, with a focus on client interactions and personal production.
  • Self-motivated, actively seeking new sales opportunities and relationships.
  • Confident and persistent in client relationship building.
  • Knowledge of underwriting and re-analysis of cases.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of insurance products and planning techniques.
  • Ability to present concepts to groups of 2-50 people.
  • Designations/licenses such as CLU, ChFC, CFP, Series 7/24/6/63, Life, Accident & Health licenses are preferred.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience working with financial advisors within institutional relationships and RIAs is a plus.
