Schedule: Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office. Non-remote employees must be willing to work this schedule. Given the regional and travel requirements for this position, Osaic is open to remote applicants residing in Southern CA, WA, OR, NYC and Upstate NY, Texas, Western PA, IN, MN, MO, KY, Northern CA, Cleveland OH.

Role Type: Full time

Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000 expected 1st year earnings in a draw plus uncapped commission-based payment structure with excellent earning potential.

We offer an opportunity for a Sales Vice President specializing in Life Insurance. You will manage clients and workloads with dynamic strategies and support. Responsibilities include building distribution through the sale of Life Insurance, growing as a leader, and transforming your community.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement sales concepts aligned with industry, company, and compliance standards.
  • Drive target premium sales through third-party producers.
  • Provide point-of-sale and post-sale support, nurturing relationships.
  • Develop relationships with retail producers, institutional offices, and insurance specialists.
  • Engage in training, practice programs, and peer groups.
  • Assist in case design and sales presentations.
  • Collaborate with marketing to recommend products and pricing.
  • Use CRM for reporting and documentation.
  • Develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma with significant experience considered. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required.

Basic Requirements:

  • Over 3 years of experience in life insurance sales or wholesaling, with emphasis on client interactions and personal production.
  • Self-starter, actively seeking sales opportunities and creating relationships.
  • Confidence and tenacity in client relationships.
  • Knowledge of underwriting and case re-analysis.
  • Intermediate to advanced insurance product knowledge.
  • Ability to present concepts to groups of 2-50 people.
  • Designations/licenses: CLU, ChFC, CFP, Series 7, 24, 6, 63, Life, Accident & Health.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience with financial advisors, RIAs, a plus.
