Living Spaces is seeking a Sales Training Supervisor to develop the store’s sales team and enhance guest engagement. You will train, coach, and evaluate team members to ensure they meet performance goals and deliver exceptional guest service.

The role includes staffing support, scheduling, and delivering training sessions for both small and large groups while maintaining Living Spaces’ customer-first culture. Prior retail leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 5 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment.
• Three years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a primary focus on the support and development of each team member through our sales proficiency process.
• Assist with staffing and scheduling to ensure proper coverage.
• Provide live trainings to small and large groups.
• Lead and model guest engagement and sales leadership behaviors.
• Address escalated guest situations and resolutions.

Position SummaryThe primary role of the Sales Training Supervisor is to teach, train, and develop the team to be proficient in their role. This will enable their team to exceed the targeted revenue budget while maintaining the highest levels of guest satisfaction as measured by guest surveys. To accomplish this, the Sales Training Supervisors will maintain a primary focus on the support and development of each team member through our sales proficiency process so that they understand how their contributions impact their team and store performance. The Sales Training Supervisor will also assist with duties related to, staffing, scheduling, sales training, and salesfloor & guest engagement leadership. Success in the role of a Sales Training Supervisor requires a whole-store sales approach to Guest engagement.Position DescriptionEssential Duties and Responsibilities. Implement initiatives that boost morale and engagement while meeting business goals, creating an environment where everyone feels valued.Ability to develop team for growth opportunitiesPartner will all store leadership to ensure each onboarding team member is seamlessly transitioned to their rolesEngage with guests throughout the store, provide sales assistance, and uphold a high standard of guest service to ensure an exceptional experience.QualificationsEducation/Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 5 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment required. High volume experience is preferred. Three years of supervisory experience required. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have proficient experience in Microsoft Office programs. Experience working with Tableau is preferred.Position Hiring RangeThe hiring pay range provides a good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage that Living Spaces expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, applicable and relevant skills and abilities, market demand, Company budget, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Living Spaces reserves the right to modify this page at any time.Compensation: $24.65 - $32.00Overtime pay is available for eligible, non-exempt Team Members. Reimbursement for expenses as required by applicable law and Company policy.
