What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, implement, and manage sales training content and curricula for TEPEZZA in the U.S.
- Facilitate virtual and live training sessions for sales leaders and strategic account managers
- Collaborate with partners to identify training needs and create effective performance interventions
- Draft strategic communications plans and ensure alignment with business goals and objectives
- Sustain a high-performing Commercial Training and Development culture through peer leadership and active coaching

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Doctorate degree or Master’s degree with 2 years of sales/commercial leadership training experience; or Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of experience; or Associate’s degree with 8 years of experience; or High school diploma/GED with 10 years of experience in sales/commercial leadership training
- Ability to identify commercial training needs and develop effective leadership strategies
- Strong decision-making skills and successful outcome orientation
- Proven ability to collaborate and support cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with strong written and verbal abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a related sales/commercial leadership training role within the pharmaceutical industry
- Familiarity with rare diseases, particularly severe inflammatory diseases in neurology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and project management tools
- Experience working within a matrix organization
- Willingness to travel approximately 30%, including overnight and weekend commitments
