Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Training Leader to guide sales trainers across markets, shaping the Road to Success program and ensuring adherence to the Wyndham sales curriculum. You will coordinate training delivery, compliance, and post-class performance improvements for new hires and existing reps.

The role requires at least 1 year of Wyndham sales experience, familiarity with Club Wyndham, WorldMark, and Shell Vacations Club, and a real estate or timeshare license as applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year Wyndham sales experience; front line and in-house are a plus.
• Requires ability to interface with multiple stakeholders (Site VP, HR, Recruiters).
• Must obtain a real estate or timeshare license in the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sales trainers across markets.
• Deliver new hire training in classroom settings, using iPad.
• Support Specialist Presenter team for training and compliance.
• Track JumpStart selections and coach underperforming reps to improve VPG/close %.
• Coordinate follow-up coaching and post-class floor coverage for new hires.
