Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of sales or service training delivery experience.
• Coaching for skill development in sales/training.
• Learning program management or training operations experience.
• Training, instructional design, or curriculum development experience.
• Experience supervising staff or leading projects.
• Experience with LMS and training delivery platforms.
• ATD CPTD/APTD certification preferred.
• 3+ years in a credit union or regulated financial services environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct frontline needs assessments to identify gaps and translate findings into learning objectives.
• Supervise, coach, and develop talent acquisition and training teams.
• Design and customize sales training curriculum with L&D partners and vendors.
• Develop and execute rollout plans and manage change adoption.
• Manage external training vendors and measure program outcomes.
• Establish metrics and assess training impact on performance.
• Deliver coaching for frontline employees and provide feedback.
• Facilitate training across branches and contact centers.
• Build internal training capability through train-the-trainer programs.
