Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of systems, tools, processes, and workflows, adapting training to diverse learning styles.
• Facilitate sales training and coaching, including objection handling, role-playing, and performance feedback.
• Report on trainee progress during training periods.
• Identify employee knowledge, skills and abilities within sales.
• Foster continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork to increase efficiency and quality.
• Build rapport with the training team and leadership across the organization.
