Renewal by Andersen Metro & Midwest is seeking a motivated leader to train and support our Lead Generation team. This hybrid role blends office training with field coaching to develop high-performing reps without direct sales quotas.

You will mentor, identify training gaps, interview candidates, and partner with leadership to translate training into real-world results. Competitive pay includes benefits and commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or lead generation.
• Strong background in coaching, mentoring, or leadership.
• Proven track record of strong performance in a sales environment.
• Comfortable interviewing candidates.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in home improvement marketing or lead generation is a plus.

Pay: $30/hour
Benefits: Full benefits package + PTO + paid mileage

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated leader and coach to help develop and support our Lead Generation team. This role focuses on training, mentoring, and performance development, helping new hires successfully transition from training into the field while continuing to grow existing team members.

What You'll Do

Training & Development

• Help facilitate new hire training and bootcamp sessions
• Support ongoing development of representatives
• Identify training gaps and provide coaching to improve performance

Field Coaching

• Visit retail locations and events to coach representatives
• Provide real-time mentorship and support
• Help new hires apply training techniques in real-world settings

Recruiting Support

• Conduct candidate interviews
• Assist with hiring efforts to build a strong team

Performance & Leadership

• Monitor team performance and productivity metrics
• Provide feedback to leadership on training effectiveness
• Help ensure training translates into strong field performance

What We're Looking For
