The Sales Trainer will be responsible for executing and driving sales initiatives as well as developing and implementing training strategies. They will be an ambassador of the brand. The ability to build relationships and educate sales associates will be instrumental in terms of “moving the needle” in a positive direction.
This role is based in Sacramento or San Francisco, CA and focuses (but does not limit) travel to the surrounding regional trade areas with a concentration on existing retail partners. (All travel expenses are reimbursed by the Company.) Most travel is done by vehicle, with occasional flight and overnight stays required depending on the initiative at hand. Much of the training & face-to-face interaction with the retailer occurs at the store level. Larger training/sales meetings may take place at alternative venues.
