Job summary

Care Synergy in Denver, CO is seeking a Sales Trainer who will design learning experiences, coach sales professionals in the field, and collaborate with leaders to strengthen team capabilities that drive growth.

You will create modern training using classroom, virtual formats, simulations, and field rides, manage calendars for Business Development trainees, travel to affiliates as needed, and stay current on sales and learning best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in healthcare sales or a related role.
  • At least 2 years of experience delivering sales training, either in person or remotely.
  • Valid Colorado Driver’s License and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Designs and delivers impactful sales training for individuals, small groups, and large audiences across the enterprise.
  • Creates engaging, modern learning experiences using classroom instruction, virtual learning, video, simulations, role plays, games, shadowing, and field ride-alongs.
  • Coaches sales professionals in the field with real-time observation, feedback, and development.
  • Partners with leaders and subject-matter experts to translate business and growth strategies into practical training programs.
  • Assesses learning needs and uses data and feedback to improve curriculum and training effectiveness.
  • Builds and manages training calendars for Business Development trainees.
  • Leads training projects from concept through completion, on time and in scope.
  • Stays current on sales, marketing, adult-learning, and training best practices.
  • Supports compliance with internal processes and external regulatory requirements.
  • Serves as a super-user for our EMR and CRM systems.
  • Travels to Care Synergy affiliates to provide in-person training and field coaching.

Status: Full-time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

What We Are Going To Love About You
