Job summary

U.S. Electrical Services, Inc. is seeking a Sales Trainee to support counter sales, processing orders, and handling quotes and returns at our Tucker, GA location. The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and learning the electrical distribution business.

You will help maintain inventory, support order fulfillment, and expand the customer base while learning company procedures and safety practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers promptly at the sales counter, by phone, and through email.
• Create and manage sales orders, returns (RGAs), and inventory transfers.
• Provide quotes, place and process orders, and support walk-in customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized counter and warehouse area.
• Support order fulfillment, including stock placement, will call preparation, and general warehouse tasks.
• Proactively track and follow up on orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all company procedures.
• Expand customer base and grow counter sales and profits.
• Other duties assigned by the manager.
