True North Group LLC seeks a Sales Agent Trainee to launch a career in territory sales. You will meet with individuals and teams in person, presenting workplace benefits and building a pipeline, with strong guidance from mentors to grow into a full sales role.

Training is provided, with uncapped weekly commissions, a weekly draw pay structure, and a defined career path from day one. Licensing in health and life insurance is required before you begin.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• License in Health and Life Insurance must be obtained before starting.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a sales role.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and teams in person
• Present workplace supplemental insurance benefits and protect families
• Generate leads, build your own pipeline, and follow up
• Collaborate with teammates and mentors in and out of the field
• Learn to close deals and manage long-term client relationships
