Graybar is seeking a Sales Trainee to learn the electrical distribution business and Graybar’s sales process through formal training and hands-on learning. You will be exposed to all areas of our business and receive specialized training before transitioning into a sales role.

The role offers rotation through sales, logistics, customer service, and project processes with a focus on developing product knowledge and practical experience in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 2- or 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn Graybar’s sales and distribution process.
• Develop product knowledge of electrical, communications, and security equipment.
• Rotate through different areas of the business including sales, logistics, customer service, transactional and project processes.
