Job summary

Graybar seeks a Sales Trainee to learn the electrical distribution business and Graybar’s sales process through training sessions and hands-on learning.

You will rotate through sales, logistics, customer service, and project processes, develop product knowledge across electrical, communications, and security equipment, and gain exposure to all areas before transitioning into a sales role.

Qualifications

• Must have a 2- or 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to drive and operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license
