Consolidated Electrical Distributors in Twin Falls, ID is seeking a Sales Trainee – Inside Sales for a full-time role with paid training and growth potential.

You'll learn all aspects of the CED business, respond to bids and quotes, manage orders from start to finish, and build relationships with customers. Must be 18+, able to work Monday–Friday, and have a valid driver’s license. This is a dynamic warehouse/office environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Reports to: Branch Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to work an 8 hour shift, Monday through Friday.
• Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong negotiation skills

• The ideal candidate possesses outstanding communication skills, has extensive customer service experience and the ability to impress and build relationships with customers

Working Conditions:

Conditions vary and will include warehouse, office and external environments. Activities will include lifting, sorting, standing, possible extreme heat/cold conditions. Office work may include sitting for extended periods. Responsibilities will include answering phones, sending and responding to emails, taking orders over the phone and in person, pulling orders, coordinating with customers and helping with paperwork. Will also be responsible for occasionally doing deliveries and picking up material from other locations. Will enjoy a regular schedule M-F with weekends off.

Compensation Range:

The compensation range for this position is $18 to $24 hourly.
