Graybar Electric Company is seeking a Sales Trainee in the United States to learn the electrical distribution business and Graybar’s sales process through training sessions and hands-on learning.

You will rotate through areas like sales, logistics, customer service, and project processes while building product knowledge of electrical, communications, and security equipment. A valid driver’s license and a 2- or 4-year degree or equivalent experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a 2- or 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to drive a vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for internal and external customers.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsabilités

• Learn Graybar’s sales and distribution process.
• Develop product knowledge of electrical, communications, and security equipment.
• Rotate through different areas of the business including sales, logistics, customer service, transactional and project processes.
• Apply training to a future sales role.
