The role emphasizes developing product knowledge across electrical and related equipment, with a focus on teamwork, communication, and independent work capabilities. A 2- or 4-year degree or equivalent experience is welcomed.

Qualifications

• 2- or 4-year degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to drive and operate a motor vehicle with a valid license.

Responsibilities

• Learn Graybar’s sales and distribution process.
• Develop product knowledge of electrical, communications, and security equipment.
• Rotate through different areas of the business including sales, logistics, customer service, and project processes.
