Job summary

Graybar is offering a Sales Trainee role in which you will learn the electrical distribution business and Graybar’s sales process through formal training and hands-on learning. You will be exposed to all areas of the business and receive specialized training to prepare you for a sales role.

You will rotate through sales, logistics, customer service, transactional and project processes while building product knowledge of electrical, communications, and security equipment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn Graybar’s sales and distribution process.
• Develop product knowledge of electrical, communications, and security equipment.
• Rotate through different areas of the business including sales, logistics, customer service, transactional and project processes.

2 or 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
