Graybar is seeking a Sales Trainee to learn the electrical distribution business and Graybar’s sales process through formal training and hands-on learning. You will be exposed to all areas of our business and rotate through sales, logistics, customer service, and project processes.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to work independently and with a team, and strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a 2- or 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Learn Graybar’s sales and distribution process.
• Develop product knowledge of electrical, communications, and security equipment.
• Rotate through different areas of the business including sales, logistics, customer service, transactional and project processes.
