Summary Description

The TOPPAN Sales Trainee Program is designed to help you develop leadership skills, gain technical knowledge, establish strong business skills, and understand TOPPAN's culture and processes. The program is a blend of hands-on experiences and opportunities. Throughout the program you can expect to gain a better understanding of your leadership style and contribute to TOPPAN through valuable project work. This specific role as a Sales Trainee for our Flexibles Division will position you to be a successful Sales Representative with opportunities for future leadership in Sales. Joining our Flexibles Division as a Sales Trainee, you will immerse yourself in a comprehensive learning journey. You'll gain expertise in our broad product range, learn the sales process and techniques through ongoing training and coaching and develop skills in customer interaction and territory management. Working closely with experienced professionals, you'll learn to assess customer needs, build relationships, and contribute to our business's growth trajectory. This role offers hands-on experience and a solid foundation for a successful and financially rewarding sales career.

We look for students who:

• Have or will obtain a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business
• Previous internship experience (preferably with Commercial responsibilities)

This position will be in Charlotte, NC (Southend Area)

Compensation:

• The annual base salary range for Non-Technical Degrees is between $61,500 and $65,000.
• The annual base salary range for Technical Degrees is between $72,000 and $77,500.
