Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company is seeking a Sales Trainee in Minnesota. This training role supports sales initiatives and provides route coverage for the Account Sales Manager during absence, while maintaining relationships across sales, merchandising and operations for large and small format off-premise stores.

Upon successful completion of the program, the trainee may interview for Account Sales Manager or other roles.

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver's License
• DOT Medical card required
• Minimum age 21
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds
• English; additional languages are an advantage

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the ASM during vacation, sickness, injury or special projects
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all stores
• Cover ASM routes as needed and meet daily KPI on sales, distributions, pricing, display, new accounts and merchandising
• Assist with audits, blitzes, and building displays to drive sales
