Job summary

The program exposes you to all areas of the business, with rotations through sales, logistics, customer service, and project workflows. A 2- or 4-year degree or equivalent experience is required, and a valid driver's license is needed as the schedule runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–4:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Must have or be able to obtain a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn Graybar’s sales and distribution process.
• Develop product knowledge of electrical, communications, and security equipment.
• Rotate through different areas of the business including sales, logistics, customer service, transactional and project processes.
