Graybar is offering a Sales Trainee program designed to teach the electrical distribution business and Graybar’s sales process through formal training and hands-on learning.

You will rotate through areas such as sales, logistics, customer service, and project processes while developing product knowledge across electrical, communications, and security equipment, and gaining broad exposure to the company’s operations.

Qualifications

• 2 or 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to drive a vehicle with a valid driver's license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to rotate through different areas of the business including sales, logistics, customer service, transactional and project processes.

Make a difference.As a Sales Trainee, you will learn the electrical distribution business and Graybar’s sales process through a mix of formal training sessions and hands-on learning.
