Job Title: Sales Trainee (Training Role)

This is a training role designed to prepare the Sales Trainee (ST) for the Account Sales Manager (ASM) position. The primary responsibilities include supporting sales initiatives and providing route coverage for the ASM during vacations, sickness, injuries, or special projects as needed.

The ST will collaborate with management to maintain customer relationships across sales, merchandising, and operations for all large and small format "off premise" stores. The ST must service all customers effectively, ensuring safety, productivity, and professionalism in accordance with Red Bull executional standards.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Valid Driver's License with a clean motor vehicle record and compliance with DOT driving standards.
2. Valid Cheuffers License.
3. Obtainment of DOT Medical Card.
4. Must be at least 21 years of age.
5. Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
6. Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
