This is a training role designed to prepare the Sales Trainee for the Account Sales Manager position. The primary responsibilities include supporting sales initiatives and providing route coverage for the ASM during vacations, sickness, injuries, or special projects. The ST will work with management to maintain customer relationships across sales, merchandising, and operations for large and small format 'off premise' stores. The role requires servicing customers safely, professionally, and in line with Red Bull standards.

Responsibilities

• Training: Participate in the training program with the opportunity to interview for ASM roles upon completion. The role is at-will and can be terminated at any time. Performance standards and certification are required for advancement.
• Business Acumen: Learn about Red Bull and its products, build brand awareness, and maintain product freshness and proper rotation.
• Daily Preparation: Gather necessary tools and coordinate with ASMs/DSMs on daily priorities.
• In Route Support: Support in-store execution strategies, route coverage, and meet daily KPIs related to sales, distribution, pricing, and merchandising.
• Off Route Support: Assist with audits, displays, merchandising, and other duties to drive sales.

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical Card
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
• Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous
