Join to apply for the Sales Trainee role at Red Bull Distribution Company.

This is a training role designed to prepare the Sales Trainee for the Account Sales Manager role. The primary responsibility is to support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the ASM during vacation, sickness, injury, or special projects. The ST will work with management to maintain customer relationships across sales, merchandising, and operations for all large and small format "off premise" stores. The role requires servicing customers safely, productively, and professionally, adhering to Red Bull standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Training: The ST is in a training role, with opportunities to interview for ASM roles upon successful completion. The role can be extended up to 12 months if performance is satisfactory; extensions beyond that require managerial approval.
• Business Acumen: Understand Red Bull and its products, maintain proper product rotation, and build professional customer relationships to increase sales.
• Daily Preparation: Gather necessary tools and communicate daily priorities with ASM/DSM, including training with ASMs.
• In Route Support: Support in-store execution strategies, cover ASM routes as needed, and meet daily KPIs related to sales, distribution, pricing, displays, and new accounts.
• Off Route Support: Assist with audits, displays, merchandising, and other duties to drive sales.

Qualifications:

• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical Card
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Customer service and sales experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous
