Job summary

Graybar in Louisville, KY is seeking a Sales Trainee to learn the electrical distribution business and Graybar’s sales process through formal training and hands-on learning. You will rotate through different areas of the business including sales, logistics, customer service, transactional and project processes to gain broad exposure and prepare for a sales role.

The program emphasizes teamwork and strong communication, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a starting pay of $21.62 per hour,

• 2- or 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.
