Graybar is seeking a Sales Trainee to learn our electrical distribution business and sales processes through formal training and hands-on learning. You will rotate through sales, logistics, customer service, and project processes to gain a broad view of the organization.

The role emphasizes developing product knowledge across electrical and related equipment, with a focus on teamwork, communication, and independent work capabilities. A 2- or 4-year degree or equivalent experience is welcomed.

• 2- or 4-year degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to drive and operate a motor vehicle with a valid license.
