Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Sales Trainee to learn the electrical distribution business and Graybar’s sales process through formal training and hands-on learning. You will be exposed to all areas of our business and transition into a sales role.

In this role you will rotate through sales, logistics, customer service, and project processes while developing product knowledge of electrical, communications, and security equipment. The program emphasizes teamwork, independence, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 2- or 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to drive a vehicle with a valid driver's license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Work Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.
