Job summary

K&M Electric Supply, Inc. in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Sales Trainee to start in the warehouse and progress to the front counter and then into an Inside/Outside Sales role.

You will develop product knowledge, build relationships with customers, manage daily tasks, and participate in mentorship meetings through a structured training path. This is a full-time opportunity with hands-on experience in electric supply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods.

Job description

Purpose:

Sales Trainees will begin in our warehouse to learn the basics of Electric Supply before moving to the front Counter and later progressing into an Inside/Outside Salesperson to prospect and build relationships with existing and potential customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Will learn our business by progressing from the Warehouse to the Counter to a Sales position
• Build relationships with customers through daily interactions
• Complete daily tasks of assigned department
• Coordinate, process and disseminate information from other inter departments
• Keeping up with product knowledge through training
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
• Attend monthly mentorship meetings
