Join to apply for the Sales Trainee role at Red Bull Distribution Company.

This training role prepares the Sales Trainee for the Account Sales Manager position. The primary responsibilities include supporting sales initiatives and providing route coverage for the ASM during vacations, illnesses, injuries, or special projects. The ST will collaborate with management to maintain customer relationships across sales, merchandising, and operations for various store formats. The role requires servicing customers professionally, safely, and in line with Red Bull standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Training: The ST is in a training role with opportunities to interview for ASM roles upon successful completion. The role is at-will and may be extended based on performance, with a maximum of 12 months unless extended due to exceptional performance.
2. Business Acumen: Learn about Red Bull and its products, ensure proper product rotation, and maintain brand standards. Develop professional relationships with customers to increase sales.
3. Daily Preparation: Gather necessary tools and coordinate with ASMs/DSMs on daily priorities.
4. In Route Support: Support in-store execution strategies, route coverage, and meet KPIs related to sales, distribution, pricing, and merchandising.
5. Off Route Support: Assist with audits, displays, merchandising, and other duties to drive sales.

Qualifications:

• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical Card
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Experience in customer service or sales is advantageous
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• English proficiency; additional languages beneficial
