Olam Agri is seeking an experienced OTC derivatives Sales Trader to source new business, analyze markets, and collaborate with global teams to offer hedging solutions for agricultural clients.

In this role, you will build relationships with institutional clients in the USA, work to meet sales targets, and represent the firm at industry events while coordinating across regions to drive growth and risk management solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in OTC derivatives risk management solutions sales in the USA region.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering complex projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled OTC derivatives Sales Trader to join our team. In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for sourcing new business opportunities, analysing market trends, and closely collaborating with global teams for a diverse range of agricultural products. You'll leverage your expertise to secure the best deals for Olam Agri, while building strong relationships with clients across the globe.

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
