Job Title

Sales, Territory Manager - Philips RespirTech (San Francisco/Bay Area)

Job Description

RespirTech’s Territory Managers represent the InCourage airway clearance therapy medical device, calling on pulmonologists and other healthcare providers to support patients with chronic respiratory and neuromuscular conditions on a journey to better breathing.

Your role:
  • Manage outside sales and territory, aiming to meet growth goals.
  • Maintain existing accounts and develop new business with a proactive, hunter mentality.
  • Conduct sales calls, provide product demonstrations, present clinical evidence, and gather medical records.
  • Become knowledgeable about Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance coverage criteria for InCourage vest therapy and educate healthcare teams accordingly.
  • Analyze data to target healthcare providers effectively and adjust sales routes as needed.
You're the right fit if:
  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and have relevant work experience.
  • You have 3+ years of successful direct field sales experience.
  • You can be in the field within your territory 90% of the time, including some overnight stays.
  • You can meet physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements for this role, with or without accommodations.
  • Previous experience in durable/home medical equipment or pharmaceutical sales is preferred.
How We Work Together

Our team values collaboration. Office-based staff work onsite at least 3 days a week. Field roles are primarily outside the main facilities, visiting customers and suppliers.

Philips Transparency Details

Total Target Earnings range from $120,445 to $170,040 annually, plus a company vehicle, based on performance. Compensation includes base salary and incentives, with additional benefits like PTO, 401k, HSA, stock plans, and education reimbursement. Details available on our benefits page.

US work authorization is required. Sponsorship is not provided. Candidates must reside in or near San Francisco, CA.

This position does not include relocation benefits. The role remains open for 45 days or until filled. Apply promptly to be considered.
