Sales, Territory Manager - Peripheral Image Guided Therapy Devices (Boston North)

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales of all applicable disposable products and services in the assigned territory; assist in advancing revenue and market position.
• Keep tabs on new products in the assigned subject area and current/future company offerings.
• Manage activity, development, and launch-product goals in partnership with Clinical Specialist partners and Market Development Managers. Develop skills in clinical acumen, sales ability, and leadership through collaboration with Regional Sales Manager and the Training Department.
• Partner with customer contacts across hospitals or clinics, discovering new opportunities for product expansion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with a successful track record in customer relationship and account management within the industry segment.
• BA or BS in Business or a similar field, or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong clinical and technical knowledge with the confidence to engage key partners and present a value proposition.
• Ability to manage assigned accounts, driving utilization, customer relationship management, problem resolution, business planning, budging, and expense reporting.

Work Setting

This role is a field role. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Compensation & Benefits

Total Target Earnings comprise base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earnings potential is $194,750 to $305,000 annually, plus a company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower depending on individual performance. The compensation package also includes generous PTO, a 401(k) plan with up to 7% match, an HSA with company contribution, a stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and additional benefits.

Relocation & Residency

US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. You must reside in or within commuting distance to Boston.
