Job summary

National Debt Relief is seeking a Sales Team Supervisor to coach and develop frontline sales teams, translating performance insights into targeted coaching to drive measurable results. S/he will work with Regional Managers and Sales Operations to optimize contact rates, conversions, and funnel effectiveness across a high-volume environment.

The role requires strong leadership, inside sales knowledge, and the ability to de-escalate challenging client conversations while maintaining regulatory

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 5 years' external inside sales experience required, or 1 year internal inside sales experience.

  • Deliver consistent coaching to improve contact rate, conversion, and funnel metrics.
  • Partner with Regional Manager to execute against regional performance goals and coaching priorities.
  • Use data from regional managers to tailor coaching strategies and close performance gaps.
  • Conduct structured call reviews to reinforce best practices and address skill deficiencies.
  • Provide actionable feedback with defined next steps and measurable targets.
  • Track coaching sessions and align feedback with KPIs and outcomes.

Overview

The Sales Team Supervisor is responsible for executing coaching strategies and improving frontline sales performance through consistent, data-driven development. This role partners closely with Regional Managers and Sales Operations to translate performance insights into targeted coaching that drives measurable results.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop Sales Agents and Sales Team Leads, providing day-to-day guidance, coaching, and performance oversight to ensure team success
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality coaching to sales agents focused on improving key performance metrics, including contact rate, conversion, and overall funnel effectiveness
  • Partner with the Regional Manager to execute against regional performance goals and coaching priorities
  • Utilize data provided by Regional Managers and Sales Operations to identify performance gaps and tailor coaching strategies accordingly
  • Conduct structured call reviews to evaluate agent performance, reinforce best practices, and address skill deficiencies
  • Provide clear, actionable feedback with defined next steps and measurable improvement targets
  • Track and document coaching sessions, ensuring alignment between feedback, KPIs, and performance outcomes
  • Identify recurring performance trends and communicate insights to Regional Managers to inform broader strategy
  • Support the implementation of performance improvement initiatives, including targeted coaching plans for underperforming agents
  • Reinforce adherence to approved scripting, compliance standards, and call quality expectations
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure coaching efforts align with evolving business needs and campaign priorities
  • Act as a resource for agents by providing guidance, clarification, and ongoing skill development support
  • Maintain a strong understanding of sales processes, product offerings, and performance expectations
Qualifications

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.
  • 5 years' external inside sales experience required, or 1-year internal experience in the Sales department.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Ability to build collaborative relationships and foster teamwork.
  • Willing to expand leadership skills and capabilities.
  • Direct knowledge of the inside sales process and ability to translate actions into results.
  • Clearly explain details about the company's debt settlement program to current clients.
  • Recall details of calls with clients and to record those details accurately in Salesforce.
  • De-escalate stressful situations.
  • Support and de-escalate vulnerable and sometimes difficult clients.

National Debt Relief Role Qualifications:

  • Computer competency and ability to work with a computer.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Punctuality expected, ready to report to work on a consistent basis.
  • Attain and maintain high performance expectations on a monthly basis.
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
  • Use and navigate multiple computer systems with exceptional multi-tasking skills.
  • Remain calm and professional during difficult discussions.
  • Take constructive feedback.
  • Available for full-time position.
Compensation Information

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The base salary for this position is $71,500 - $82,000 annually with on target earnings in the range of $110,000 - $130,000 with bonuses.
