Job Details: Job Location: Nissan - Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221, Salary Range: $63,757.00 - $117,346.00 Salary, Job Purpose: Build customer relationships and assist guests in selecting and purchasing vehicles through a transparent, no-haggle sales process while delivering an exceptional experience and achieving dealership sales objectives.

Qualifications

Required Education

• High school diploma or GED required.

Preferred Education

• Associate degree or coursework in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
• Ongoing sales, customer service, or automotive industry training is a plus.

Required Experience

• Previous customer service, retail sales, hospitality, or relationship-building experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, build trust, and achieve performance goals in a customer-focused environment.

Preferred Experience

• Automotive sales, one-price retail sales, CRM utilization, lead management, or commissioned sales experience preferred.
• Experience delivering exceptional customer experiences and handling digital leads is highly desirable.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Ability to build rapport, present products effectively, use technology and CRM systems.
