Stretch Zone is seeking an energetic Sales Associate in El Paso, TX to connect with members and promote practitioner-assisted stretching as a path to mobility and wellness.

You will educate, engage, and close memberships while delivering exceptional customer care and building lasting relationships. This role emphasizes fitness knowledge, sales skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve better movement and well‑being.

Qualifications

• Background in fitness-related fields preferred.
• Sales, customer service, or membership sales experience a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Educate prospective and current members on benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching and mobility training
• Achieve membership and session sales goals through consultative, relationship-based selling
• Build strong relationships with members through proactive follow-up and exceptional customer care
• Welcome members, schedule appointments, answer phone inquiries, and ensure a positive studio experience
• Support member retention by delivering personalized service and creating long-term connections
• Collaborate with the studio team to promote a positive, motivating, and wellness-focused environment

Fitness, personal training, coaching, athletic training, kinesiology, exercise science, physical therapy, chiropractic, and wellness backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply.
