Job summary

Stretch Zone is hiring a Sales Associate in Eau Claire, WI. The role focuses on driving membership sales and delivering outstanding customer service to guests and members in our studio.

You will greet guests, schedule appointments, answer calls, and address member concerns while promoting the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching. Training is provided, and night/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must have night and weekend availability.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
• No degree required; company provides in-depth training and support.
• Willingness to learn new skills.

• Drive membership sales to each guest who comes into Stretch Zone.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and addressing member concerns.
• Own member retention by following daily operation guides, delivering great service, and doing follow-ups.
• Promote the value of practitioner-assisted stretching by hitting sales goals and encouraging add-on sessions.
• Protect the Stretch Zone culture by building positive relationships with members and team members.
