Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field, or demonstrated experience preferred.
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor new team members on sales scripts and manage book of business to reach goals.
• Answer questions from team members and monitor performance.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports and perform administrative tasks.
• Support the sales management team and collaborate with other departments to improve efficiency and results.
• Lead by example to sustain high-level selling and ensure KPIs are met.
