The ideal candidate coaches and develops staff, manages performance metrics, resolves escalated client concerns, and identifies process improvements to boost efficiency and client satisfaction across the organization.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in managerial, supervisory, or team leadership role.
• One to two years of experience in collections, sales, customer service, or payment processing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional and confident telephone presence.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to handle sensitive client and financial information with professionalism and discretion.
