FS Employee Operations Supervisor - Full Time-Belle Chasse (LA),United States

We are looking for a/an FS Employee Operations Supervisor to join our Services_AME team in United States.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Assess employee training needs and drive the development and implementation of effective training programs.
- Oversee ongoing employee development efforts, ensuring team members have the skills and resources needed for success.
- Develop learning materials, guides, and job aids to support training initiatives.
- Act as the primary liaison for employee HR-related inquiries, working closely with Human Resources to resolve matters efficiently.
- Organize and manage meetings, interviews, events, and training sessions to support operational and employee development goals.
- Ensure alignment of field operations between STSN and STSH locations by identifying gaps and recommending solutions.
- Lead or participate in process improvement initiatives and operational projects in partnership with the Operations Manager.
- Supervise administrative staff, providing direction and ensuring alignment with operational goals. Additional responsibilities as assigned.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in employee coordination, HR support, training, or administrative operations (experience in field service or operations preferred).
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools.
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate across departments. Experience creating or delivering training content preferred.
- Prior supervisor / leadership experience
