Job summary

National Debt Relief is seeking a Sales Team Supervisor to drive frontline sales performance through coaching and data-driven development. The role collaborates with Regional Managers and Sales Operations to translate performance insights into targeted coaching that delivers measurable results.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and a minimum of 5 years of external inside sales experience or 1 year internal sales experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5 years’ external inside sales experience required, or 1-year internal experience in the Sales department.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop Sales Agents and Sales Team Leads, providing day-to-day guidance, coaching, and performance oversight.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality coaching to sales agents focused on improving KPIs including contact rate, conversion, and funnel efficiency.
• Partner with the Regional Manager to execute against regional performance goals and coaching priorities.
• Utilize data from Regional Managers and Sales Operations to identify performance gaps and tailor coaching strategies.
• Conduct structured call reviews to evaluate agent performance and address skill deficiencies.
