European Wax Center in Greenville, NC is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to lead daily operations, grow membership and packages, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will coach the Guest Service team, support the Center Manager, hire and train new staff, and help drive sales while maintaining high standards. This role offers growth into Center Manager or multi-unit leadership.

Formación

• Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Proven sales track record with goals achievement.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to coach, develop, and motivate a team.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Positive attitude with passion for guest experiences.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and peak hours.
• Beauty, retail, fitness, or hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Team and oversee daily operations with the Center Manager.
• Coach, motivate, and develop Guest Service Associates to hit sales goals.
• Lead by example through exceptional guest service and sales performance.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members.
• Foster a positive, energetic, and accountable team culture.
• Drive monthly sales, membership, and guest retention goals.
• Coach on membership/package sales, retail recommendations, and rebooking strategies.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with local marketing, community outreach, and business development.
