Palmetto Moon is seeking a Sales Team Lead in Roanoke to support the Store Sales Manager, drive sales, and ensure top-tier customer service. The role demands leadership, guidance, and operational support while maintaining brand standards and daily store performance.

You will coach staff, participate in MOD shifts, and help execute merchandising and safety procedures to meet company goals and deliver a premium shopping experience.

Formación

• Experience in a retail or sales environment.
• Proven leadership and delegation skills.
• Confident and proactive in addressing workplace challenges.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong verbal communication and customer-service focus.
• Ability to learn and use the POS system and read reports.

Responsabilidades

• Sales Performance: assist Store Sales Manager in hitting sales goals and lead the team during MOD shifts.
• Customer Service: engage customers, train staff, resolve issues promptly.
• Team Leadership: coach, motivate, and align team with store initiatives.
• Product Knowledge & Visual Merchandising: stay updated on top styles and merchandising standards.
