Aegon Consulting Group in Houston, TX is seeking a motivated Sales & Team Lead to join our growing sales team. This hands-on role focuses on developing people, driving customer engagement, and delivering measurable results in a fast-paced environment.

No prior management experience is required. We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and a clear path to leadership as you learn to coach others, track performance, and contribute to campaign success while expanding your own leadership

Qualifications

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to do more than just hit sales goals. You'll learn how to drive sales results, support a team, build customer relationships, and develop the leadership skills needed to grow into management.

What You'll Do
