Aegon Consulting is expanding our Houston team and looking for a Junior Campaign & Project Coordinator / Management Trainee who wants hands‑on experience in business, client relations, project coordination, sales, and leadership.

This is an entry‑level opportunity with training provided. You’ll work closely with our team, learn how projects and campaigns come together, and take on more responsibility as you develop.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Help coordinate day‑to‑day sales campaigns, projects, and team priorities
• Work with different teams to keep campaigns, sales, and projects moving forward
• Assist with client communication and relationship management
• Participate in team meetings, planning sessions, and presentations
• Track project activity and provide updates to leadership
• Help with customer and sales initiatives tied to client campaigns
