Hilton’s Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui (Grand Wailea) seeks an Event Services Manager to lead the Catering and Events team. You’ll drive exceptional events across 780 rooms, 100,000 sq ft of banquet space, and multiple F&B outlets, delivering memorable guest experiences while mentoring a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Execute events: manage documentation, seamless Sales-to-service handoffs, serve as primary client contact for on-site execution.
• Maximize revenue opportunities: identify upsell opportunities and enhancements to increase contract value.
• Build client relationships: maintain communication with clients throughout the event lifecycle to manage expectations and drive repeat business.
• Guide team performance: provide direction, and coaching to ensure high-level service.
• Support the sales process: participate in client site visits and pre-event meetings; shape event solutions that align with client needs.
• Solve problems in real time: apply judgment to resolve guest concerns, negotiate service adjustments, and address issues calmly under pressure.
