Job summary

Lendbuzz is seeking an Account Manager to join their expanding team in the automotive lending industry. This remote role involves training new hires, developing dealership relationships, and driving performance in new markets. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and a passion for mentoring others.

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Train and mentor new Account Managers in the field during their first 30–90 days
- Conduct dealer visits, live training sessions, and provide deal coaching to enhance performance
- Develop initial pipeline of active dealerships in new territories
- Monitor new hire performance, market activity, and local dealer engagement for early wins
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to adjust strategy and support rapid territory growth

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, training, or field development roles, preferably in auto finance
- Proven experience mentoring or onboarding new sales representatives
- Demonstrated ability to drive performance in new or underdeveloped markets
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable traveling regularly

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the automotive dealer landscape, particularly in auto finance or dealership sales
- Proven track record of generating early traction in new market development
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, Dealertrack/RouteOne, and mobile tools
- Passion for mentoring and a strong ability to deliver impactful coaching
