Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled /experienced sales strategy consultant to improve our sales tactics and increase our win rate. The consultant will work closely with our resilience services team to analyze current sales processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement/document effective strategies. This is an action-oriented role to critically analyze our current process and identify opportunities for improvement.

This opportunity is expected to be a 6-month project (extension possible) that is work from home.

Responsibilities:

  • Critically review existing sales strategies, processes, and client engagement methods (internal and external)
  • Identify strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Report of current status
  • Collaborate with the RS team to create targeted sales strategies and tactics aimed at improving win rates, including internal and external Lead Generation
  • Review and enhancement of sales pitch and presentation materials
  • Objection handing and defining a Follow-Up Process
  • Propose innovative approaches for lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Detailed recommendations for improvement
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on progress and recommendations for ongoing adjustments.
  • Create comprehensive documentation of strategies implemented and lessons learned.

Must have experience with:

  • Bachelor's and/or master's degree in business/marketing/finance or related field
  • 10+ years proven experience in sales / BD/marketing in the professional services/consulting space
  • Experience working with insurance and/or climate space is a bonus
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics, including lead generation, proposal development, and client engagement, with demonstrated ability to analyze and improve sales processes

Pay Range:

The anticipated pay range for this position is <$60- $66/hourly>.

The final pay for this position is determined based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant experience, skills and certifications, education and training, geographic location, market conditions, and internal equity.
