Job summary

Veeam Software, Inc. ищет старшего системного инженера для работы с ключевыми клиентами Enterprise и Commercial, демонстраций продукта, PoC/PoV и совместной работы с партнёрами.

Кандидат должен владеть турецким и английским языками, уметь проводить презентации, координировать пресейл‑активности и готов к командировкам по Турции для крупных портфелей клиентов.

Qualifications

• Опыт ведения переговоров на уровне C‑level с крупными Enterprise/Commercial клиентами.
• Умение демонстрировать продукты и проводить PoC/PoV.
• Опыт координации пресейл‑активностей с архитекторами решений и партнёрами.

Responsibilities

• Работа с продажами для расширения бизнеса с клиентами Enterprise/Commercial.
• Проведение веб‑демонстраций и на месте внедрения продуктов Veeam.
• Взаимодействие с партнёрами по обучению, совместным встречам и отношениям с клиентами.
• Обеспечение технического консультирования и поддержка design/best practices.
• Участие в маркетинговых мероприятиях (вебинары, конференции, выставки).

At Veeam, Systems Engineers work closely with Account Managers and help to evangelize our product offerings to our customers, partners and service providers. More specifically, Senior Systems Engineers work mainly with Enterprise and large Commercial customers, both Public and Private.

Задачи:

Work with sales to help secure and grow business with new and existing mid-large customers in the Enterprise and Commercial market segments. Provide web-based and on-site demonstrations of Veeam product portfolio, including Proof-of-Concept (POC) / Proof-of-Value (POV) Work closely with Veeam's value added Partners, including Cloud and Hosting providers, for training, enablement, joint meetings, and relationships Provide pre-sales support and/or on-site installation assistance to customers as they evaluate Veeam products and services Act as a trusted technical advisor for the customers, ensuring the best experience possible of Veeam solutions by supporting (together with colleagues such as Solution Architects, Professional Services, etc.) correct design, implementation and adherence to best practices Provide input for and participate in Veeam marketing events (webinars, conferences, trade shows…)

Ability to drive business conversations with relevant C-level stakeholders of enterprise level customers Advising and influencing customer decisions on their future business strategy, and having the ability to ensure total customer experience on assigned accounts Ability to evangelize Veeam messaging at Marketing events Coordinating presales efforts with customers, through the help and collaboration of Veeam Solution Architects, System Integrators, and Professional Services figures (regardless if they are Veeam colleagues or via Partners) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Fluent level of Turkish and English language Being comfortable in presenting to groups, both remotely and in person Openess to travel throughout Turkey and occasionally abroad, if/when needed. Ability to learn new technologies quickly Prior expertise in IT infrastructure topics (virtualization, storage, networking, backup/disaster recovery, monitoring…) Knowledge of micro-services, cloud-native applications concepts and related technologies (containerization and orchestration, Kubernetes…) Knowledge and experience of Hyperscalers (such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud…); be comfortable to position and engage discussions around Cloud technologies Experience in using social media to help promote and grow the Veeam community
